What is a Massage?

A typical massage usually consists of rubbing and manipulating the muscles, tendons and ligaments. There are a variety of massages ranging from light to deep pressure strokes. 

Massage  helps to soften hard muscles stimulating better blood and lymph circulation and flow. It is performed with gentle to medium pressure,  smooth-gliding strokes that are rhythmic and flowing. The movements are relatively pain-free as it stimulates blood flow — putting both the body and mind at ease.
