Addressing you gut health is a fantastic way to kick start a healthier and better you. Think back to when you are stressed or feeling low. You have probably noticed that your gut feels pretty low and stressed as well. These two things go hand in hand. 90% of your serotonin is produced and stored in your gut. Your happiness molecule. So if your gut isn’t healthy, it doesn’t give a healthy home for that serotonin to be produced does it?
